Nestled into the heart of one of the most beautiful streets in the Central West End, this unique and dramatic space (20 ft ceilings!) is within steps of numerous cafes, shops, art galleries, parks, and bars. A truly walkable neighborhood. This space occupies the first and second floor of a historic three-unit apartment building & has been completely renovated.

The space
In light of current events, we understand that many may have hesitations about booking an Airbnb. We understand this hesitancy and want to assure that our homes are professionally cleaned between each guest. We make sure that extra steps are taken when preparing our home for your arrival. All linens are washed in hot bleach water, all surfaces are disinfected, and we provide disinfectant cleaning supplies for guests who wish to do a bit of added tidying. We hope this will help quell some of your travel concerns.

This space occupies the first and second floor of a historic three-unit apartment building and has been completely renovated.

This boutique apartment was recently renovated, yet still preserves many historic architectural details. The apartment occupies the 1st & 2nd floors of the building and has private front & rear entrances.

The dramatic open living room features 20ft ceilings and a 16'x6' window, flooding the space with natural light. Climb the wrought iron spiral staircase to the master bedroom loft. There's also an additional rear staircase with access to the 2nd floor that connects the back two bedrooms. Enjoy the large front patio to watch the neighborhood stroll by. If you'd prefer more privacy, we have an additional brick patio at the rear of the building with a six person table, grill, fire pit & patio furniture.

Please note: the location is on a quiet area of the street so guests can walk to the action without having to be in the bustle of this popular area. While perfect for a family stay, it cannot support more than the listed number of guests.

There is a private garage with one parking spot reserved solely for the use of this apartment. Larger SUVs, trucks and larger vans will not fit due to their height. We have TVs in both the living room and master bedroom.

Beds: We have a king size bed in the master bedroom/loft (which is open to the living room below), a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom (open to the back stairwell leading to the ground floor bedroom), and a king bed in the 3rd bedroom (closed to the living room, but open to the stairwell up to the 2nd floor bedroom).

The 2nd floor bathroom has an enclosed bathtub and shower unit, and the ground floor full bath has a shower.

Guest access
You will have sole access to the apartment itself, with a private entrance. Access to the shared front brick patio and the fenced backyard are also available for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, while on different floors, are connected by an open staircase. There is complete visual privacy, but some noise can travel between these two rooms.

No parties are allowed. This apartment is one of 3 units in the building and the neighborhood is quiet at night. The owner of the building lives on-site and we strictly enforce our no party rule and noise policy.

The Central West End (CWE) is the most walkable cosmopolitan neighborhood in St Louis. From the amazing Forest Park, to the broad selection of cafes, art galleries, shops and bars, this neighborhood offers any visitor an immersive neighborhood experience -- no car needed. This space is located on a quintessential CWE street boasting mature trees, wide streets/sidewalks, beautiful historic architecture, and set-back homes with ornate front patios and gardens. Please search online for the "CWE Scene" for more detailed info on the neighborhood. (Airbnb won't let us post the website). The apartment is within walking distance of Cortex and Barnes Jewish Hospital, and a short drive to Washington University (WashU), and Forest Park. 10 minutes from Downtown St. Louis, and Busch Stadium, as well as music venues such as Peabody Opera House, and Fox Theatre. Easily accessible via Hwy 64/40.

Busch Stadium, The Fabulous Fox, St. Louis Zoo, and the Magic House are all within a 7-15 minute drive.
