  • I was visiting NYC with 3 friends over the Memorial Day weekend and this was my very first experience with Airbnb; I must say it was wonderful. The apartment was very spacious and in a great location. The private rooftop was so charming! Agnieszka is a wonderful hostess, she was very prompt with replies and helpful with information and suggestions, the apartment was clean and as promised...clean sheets and towels! I would definitely hope that I could book THIS apartment for any of my future trips back to NYC.

  • This is a tidy, spacious apartment in a great Upper West Side location. The two bedrooms were ample for two couples and our three year old daughter. The communication from the hosts was excellent and the apartment fit our needs well. We stayed for a week and were able to enjoy New York and retire to the apartment with enough room for our 3 year old to move around a bit.

  • My mother in law and I stayed at Agnieszka's home. The entire experience from communicating with Agnieszka to the loveliness of her place was outstanding! I was hesitant to stay in someone else's apartment, not sure about comfort, cleanliness, etc. I was thrilled to stay in such a beautiful space, it was amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Just a few blocks from Central Park made for great runs each morning. Then I picked up a coffee down the street and brought it back to enjoy on the private rooftop patio before setting out for the day! There are 74 steps to climb but it was doable and well worth the climb for us both (at age 71 my mother in law had no trouble)! Thank you! We already want to come back to your home!

  • There can't be two more friendly and hospitable hosts than Agnieszka and Sjoerd. They would be fun to have as neighbors where I live. The apartment is very neat and clean with everything you'd need - and the rooftop deck is an outstanding place to wind-down after messing around the city all day. The street is very quiet and close to several subway stops. I would recommend this apartment very, very highly. It's the type of place I wish I had if I lived in NY.

  • Agnieszka was a wonderful host. The apartment was as described and pictured and provided a great base for our stay in NYC. The rooftop area was lovely and a great place for afternoon wine and morning coffee. Communication was excellent with the host and checking in was easy. Very responsive and helpful.

  • This was a wonderful place to stay and so convenient to Central Park, and the subway to take you uptown or downtown. It is in a very safe neighborhood and building. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. It was a great way to get a feel for living in a neighborhood, close to grocery stores (Trader Joes, Fairway, Westside, and Zabar's, and had good neighborhood restaurants. Agnieszka provided us with all the info we needed, was easy to contact, and went out of her way to help with everything. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice place to stay and experience the city. and hope to be back ourselves one day.

About
Hi, Just a little bit about myself. I recently moved to NYC for my husband's job and I had a great opportunity to get to know this city a little bit. By staying in our place I hope you can feel a bit of this experience. I am originally from Poland and my husband is from The Netherlands. We lived few years in London, UK and it feels like living now in NYC is equally great experience. We will be travelling every now and then and we thought others can experience how is it to live next to the Central Park in a UWS great location in a heart of Manhattan. We both know how it is to find yourself in a completely different surroundings and how much good tips how to get by are appreciated then. Therefore do not hesitate and contact me if any questions. Hope to speak to you soon! Agnieszka (email hidden)
