The apartment is cozy and has everything you need to make you feel at home. A very spacious and stylishly decorated living room, and a fully equipped apartment. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and there are 2 more mattress/futons that can be placed in the living room if needed.

Located in Copacabana, one of the main neighborhoods in the city, perfect for those who want to get to know Rio de Janeiro and one of the safest and most patrolled neighborhoods. The apartment is next door to the military fort thus highly policed. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need to make you feel at home. Spacious and comfortable environment, excellent decoration and privileged location. The apartment is beachfront.

The apartment:

The building does not have any parking, but there are spots right in front of the building for R$2 a day (on sunny days in the summer it’s hard to get a hold of spots, but easy at night and in the cooler weather) and also a paid garage run by Estapar 2 blocks away.

This apartment was our home for many years and we have put in lots of care and attention into the space. We hope you enjoy it and treat it with respect!

You'll be close to everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. This apartment is located close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, Leme Beach, beach tennis options, among other leisure options.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Wifi is strong enough for Zoom calls/home office.

HOUSE RULES

1) The property is located at a residential address. Noises that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed. (Silence After 22:00 Hs)

2) The tenant agrees to send a list with full name and identity document of all persons who will stay in the apartment during the contracted period and must not exceed the number of people stipulated in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

3) Use the service entrance (and elevator) when you are wearing swimwear or luggage, and always wash your feet to remove the sand

4) Always turn off lights and electrical equipment before leaving the apartment (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...).

5) Our check-in is starting at 16:00 and our check-out before 10:00 AM. We cordially offer flexibility on these times in case there are no other guests checking in or out, however this is extremely rare. We can only let you know the day before. If you need a much earlier checkin or a later checkout then your best bet will be to reserve an extra night.

6) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with blankets for each bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Our bed and bath linen are in perfect conditions - please let us know if you find any in bad condition so we can change them.

7) All guests must send a picture of a photo-ID to at least 48 hours before arrival so there are no delays. This is a building requirement and guests who do not provide ID will not be able to stay.

8) This is a strictly NON-SMOKING apartment.
