This is a great location in NYC for anyone who wants to explore the city. Terrific neighborhood, with great coffee shops and bakeries and restaurants. Close to the Tenement Museum, which we loved.

We had a great stay at Chris's place! As other reviews have mentioned, it's close to several subway stations, plenty of food options close by, and Chris left begels and sparkling water in the fridge for us. There are quite a few stairs to get to the floor, but this wasn't a big…
