Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage for a sense of the grounds. This listing includes ALL of Majestic Farm sites. 20+ guests. Purchase wood meats and farm goods. These are rustic tiny houses (wood tent)/camp sites. The three houses each include a full sized mattress inside, picnic table and a camp fire pit outside. There is a shared kitchen outhouse and shower. Additionally there is a large campsite.
NOTE! - Water features are generally turned off from November - March/April.

The space
This listing includes THE WHOLE ORCHARD! You will have exclusive use of "Rocky Boulder Tiny House", "Woodsy Camp Tiny House", "Orchard Tiny House", and "Overlook Forest Camp Site". You will be the only guests on property for private use of the outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower. Majestic might be seen farming around the property and so on - but essentially the orchard and sites on it are all yours. NOTE: in late August through October the Orchard may be open to u-Pickers during daytime weekend hours (generally 10a-4p Saturday and Sunday).
Check the photos out for a map of the property. You must bring your own bedding, there is one full size mattress in each house. Also welcome to pitch tents to accommodate extra guests or with furniture shuffling - the house can just fit a blow up mattress/cot.
About an 5 minute walk from each camp site (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink, outdoor kitchen, with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house.
This is an active farm - so you can enjoy spending time among the orchard trees and observing the chickens and pigs. There is a wood cubby where you can purchase wood - bring cash or Ven. It is deeply wooded, so you can also forage for wood all around. There is a shared kitchen with fridge, range and sink (please bring all your own cook and dining wear) or you can keep it rustic and cook with a grate we have provided at each sites private fire pit. You would bring all your own tent gear and cooking items. There is a grate to put over the fire for cooking.
Weather advisory - if it is below freezing - the water features won’t be running.
These are very woodsy sites. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more.
This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. There are many insects around and about, so if you don't want their company - bring bug sprays! Bring lanterns/flashlight or even battery operated party lights for fun (and so you can see).
Ticks are native to this area - plan accordingly.
As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). In October the Orchard is open for apple picking during the day, so there are others on the farm during daytime hours.

Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. There is an area to leave your trash on the top of the road as you're leaving the farm. We deep clean and sanitize between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved.

Majestic Mointain Dale is a safe place. We welcome all members of the community, and emphasize our mission to be a safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQI community. We are a working organic farm (Majestic Farm) nestled in a Valley between Rock Hill and Mountain Dale NY. The tiny houses are spread privately near and around the forest of the apple orchard. There is no electric or heat in the cabins, so prepare for a rustic, connect with the earth experience. The houses are very comfortable and cozy with one full mattress and a small space to sit. Outside the house is a campfire pit. You can also pitch a tent near the tiny houses to accommodate more guests. We have a shared but private outdoor shower and shared kitchen with electric, fridge, grills and stove as well, in addition we provide a grate at your site to cook on. You can rent one cabin by selecting with Orchard Tony House, Woodsy Camp, Rocky Boulder or a campsite at Overlook, or choose the Majestic Royal to book all of them and enjoy the grounds. Come get away from it all.
