This listing is the main level of the home with private entrance and living, there is an efficiency room below that will be occupied on occasion with separate parking and entrance. Kayaks are available to use for free on request, the French Broad river access is less than 5 minutes away. The miles of trails and biking are 5 minutes away at Bent Creek.

It is a farm so the sheep might make some sounds and their might be bugs outside, they try to come inside when they can. The sheep love to be fed treats and you are welcome to go in their pasture and hang out.
