  • It has been a real pleasure to stay at Aurore and Ben's 20 min. away from Charleston and the near by islands. Aurore and Ben were so helpful and accommodating through-out our stay. Their house is a delight, bed was very comfortable with lots of space and a private bathroom. We both enjoyed the joyful company of Savannah, an easy going & happy kid as well as Scarlett who is very sweet. The cherry on the cake for my daughter was the swim in the pool after a horseback riding day on Seabrook island. Many thanks for a memorable stay, high five to this lovely family.

  • Aurore and Ben were so welcoming and they have the most comfortable home! Perfect for our stay. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charleston!!

  • We stayed with Ben and Aurore for 2 nights and were so glad to have done this! Ben and Aurore were very hospitable hosts and made us feel at home. The place was clean, the room was comfortable, and the property is pretty conveniently located adjacent to the highway. There were a lot of little things that made the stay memorable (the board on the wall where previous guests put up their recommendations of places to go to in Charleston, the conversations we shared with Ben and Aurore, and their excited puppy!).

  • Everything was very welcoming and comfortable at Ben and Aurore's home. We enjoyed talking with them and found their suggestions excellent regarding things to do and where to eat. They also left brochures and suggestions from other guests in the bedroom. Their home is large and quiet and the bed is comfortable. Our dog also made friends with their dog!
It was relaxing to come home to such a peaceful place after a day in Charleston and to walk out dog around the development.

  • It is a real deviation from the norm for us to choose a modern home in a suburban development--we always gravitate to older, historic homes; and we have to admit to getting lost once coming home at night and trying to figure out which street and house was theirs--they do all pretty much look the same; but Ben and Aurore's home has a really unique and hip urban chic flair on the inside--and we loved the wall with their philosophy of their home written in French on it. A truly charming touch. The house was ideally located close to the Ashley River plantations we were visiting and yet easy to get into Charleston, too; and the clincher was that my husband loves to speak French and knew he'd get a chance to do that with Aurore. Ben even set me up to watch a Netflix show that I had been wanting to see for a long time. The guest accommodations were quiet, comfortable, attractive, and clean. Though they do not provide breakfast, they made plenty of good coffee each morning, and we had free range of the kitchen. While Ben and Aurore are lovely hosts and their daughter is adorable, we must say their dog steals the show. What a great pooch--so funny and playful and cute. We would definitely recommend their home to others.

  • We had a family event to attend in Charleston and needed a place to stay for the weekend. My husband suggested an Airbnb and found the home of Aurore and Ben. This was our first Airbnb experience and it was a very good one! We were delighted to meet Aurore and Ben as well as their precious child and adorable dog Scarlett. We enjoyed a fun chat with them on Saturday morning at breakfast as we had all lived in NYC in the past. Their beautiful and spacious home was conveniently located near all events we were attending. We had our own room with a spacious closet and dresser as well as a bathroom and a wonderfully warm shower. They made it easy for us to come and go and stay in pleasant surroundings. If we have to return to Charleston soon, we will absolutely consider returning to their lovely home.

  • My boyfriend and I loved staying with Aurore, Ben and their daughter. They were excellent hosts--very flexible and kind with great recommendations. The room and home are absolutely lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was also great, close to Drayton Hall and other attractions, and only a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter and 30 minutes to Folly Beach. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Aurore and Ben's home to anyone planning on visiting Charleston! Thanks for a wonderful time.

  • We (me and my sister) stayed at Ben and Aurore's for 2 nights. It was our first Airbnb experience, and it was truly a positive experience! Ben and Aurore were very friendly and welcoming and gave us good advice on where to go in Charleston. The room and private bathroom were very spacious and clean. An extra bonus was their really cute and playful dog.
We would definitely recommend everyone who is visiting Charleston to stay at Aurore and Ben's modern and happy home!

  • Aurore and Ben are a very nice couple with a lovely home. We ended up being out and about most of the time but it was a nice place to come back and relax.

They have a super cute, friendly and cuddly pug named Scarlett. They also have a 2 year old daughter named Savannah.

All around nice family and home.
