It has an AC, fireplace heater, rustic chandelier lighting, side table, chair, and queen futon and single bed in the loft. Wireless internet, Small porch with seating. Sleeps 2 comfortably but can sleep 2 with the single bed in the loft and a futon in the living area. Don't let the dog out!
The nearest bus stop is about a 10 min walk, or a short bike ride. Pets and older children are welcome. I have a large dog that may knock over little ones, One bike available on request.

Man this cute little place was awesome. Enough space and atmosphere to let us relax while we regrouped from our SXSW shenanigans. Jen was a wonderful host, and even though we didn't see her but once at the end of our stay, she made sure to accommodate us and our weird schedule throughout the trip. Great location too, quiet and tucked away, even though we were pretty centrally located. We even saw a pack of young deer running around one night, it was magical.

Jen was really nice and accommodating. We weren't at the house for much except to sleep, but it was really nice and close enough to everything to bike. I would definitely stay here again. Ps- her dog is the friendliest dog in the world.

Jen was great! We didn't get to see her much, but she was accommodating and easygoing. Our flight came in pretty late, and she was fine with waiting on us to get in. The tiny house was clean and comfortable, and the location of the house was convenient; close to the airport, and downtown area. Definitely an enjoyable experience!!

Jens tiny house was the best ; we had our privacy and it was close to a bunch of bus lines. She also provided us with towels and was really helpful as to get around austin. Jen is resourceful and really nice. I recommend her e 100 %. Thanks Jen!

From the beginning Jen was helpful and reachable. We arrived to be greeted warmly by her sweet pup, and find the accommodations comfortable and just as expected and advertised. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and easy driving (or biking if you choose) distance from the central hub of Austin's activity. It was a lovely little retreat in the midst of the urban space of Austin, a great blend of secluded and amidst the action. Jen also had helpful recommendations about neat things to see in the city, which provided us with a deeper experience of the culture and Austin scene than just what can be found in the guidebook. My husband and I had a wonderful time; it was so nice to have a 'home' to return to each night of our vacation, and Jen's tiny house provided that perfect space.

I've been an Austinite for about 10 years. I LOVE Austin and everything it has to offer, that is a common theme amongst most Austinites. I bought my first house about two years ago near downtown and have been updating and remodeling ever since. So it is a work in progress. I can…
