This is a fantastic location that is walking distance to many cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, banks, nightlife, art galleries, bike lanes, bike rentals, bus, gyms and surfing. Also, it is close to the beautiful “Malecon” walkway that overlooks the ocean.

The property was recently renovated, so while the building is stylish and old, all of the facilities are new.
