No smoking in the unit, please. Family-friendly building; please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
It was our first time to Toronto. As a gay couple, the location was fantastic; within short walking distance of many gay-friendly establishments. We walked most of the time to destinations throughout the downtown and waterfront. The apartment was as advertised. The building was quiet, and the view from the balcony was great. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom, but with ear plugs, all noise was drowned out. The parking was handy, and is in a "visitors" area. The few times we used our car, we always had a spot to return to. Check-in/ check-out was easy even though our hosts were on vacation. We would stay again if returning to Toronto.
The neighborhood was awesome! We loved the restaurants nearby and the tree-lined street the apt is on. We wish we could have stayed longer!
The apartment is centrally located in a well-kept building with friendly tenants and staff. Katie was quick to reply to emails and very responsive in dealing with several small maintenance requests. It was handy to have reasonably priced laundry facilities in the building.
Fantastically located large condo in a secure and well maintained complex. Central to shopping, restaurants and bars and 5 mins walk to Wellesley Station, it's in the heart of The Village and a great base if visiting for Pride. Katie was lovely to deal with, very friendly and prompt in her replies and immediately actioned a small maintenance issue we had. Good luck getting off the sofa - this was the best part of the condo, especially after travelling 4 weeks and just wanting to relax and laze about some days. We would definitely stay here again. Photos are a little different with some updates/changes (dining chairs, outdoor furniture).
Katie and Philipe are excellent hosts and have a very comfortable and clean apartment. It's right in downtown Toronto with easy access to anything you might need. I travel to Toronto for business frequently and have stayed at their place twice so far and plan to stay there again. I'd highly recommend their apartment to anyone traveling to Toronto!
Katie and Philippe were great hosts. They were communicative and quickly able to provide feedback. Their apartment really has a perfect location for exploring The Village and the rest of downtown Toronto. We were able to walk to several great spots for brunch on the weekend and had plenty of options for things to do at night. I would definitely recommend their place.
Has a fantastic time in Katie and Philippes condo. Clean and comfortable and fantastic location. Near transport routes and great bars and restaurants. Katie was always easily accessible and quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay again 10/10
