Simply put, there is no other place like Lavinia. You cannot beat the price, the place looks amazing, and the location is nearly perfect. You could find places closer to the subway stations, but you will not find a place that looks this good - especially for the price. I was planning on using my phone to find the place, but both my phone and laptop batteries were dead and knew the name of the place and its general (email hidden)und out Korean people are super nice and go the extra mile to make sure you find the place.
All the amenities were there and the pictures are accurate. I absolutely loved watching Korean TV shows and dramas on TV (not YouTube). Wifi is everywhere with a password from Vicky. You can also pickup a simple converter for the outlets so you can charge up your devices. I loved the Asian-style bathroom where there is no separate shower area...the whole bathroom is the shower area. There is a nice balcony area for storage and a decent view of the area. The area, in general, is amazing - so many things to do and see. Vicky lists a lot there, and provides more brochures, etc of things to do. My 8 days there was not enough to explore everything.
I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out that Vicky remembered that I loved Kpop and went to see a Kpop concert while I was staying there. I told her about it while I was booking this place a month prior and never talked to her about the concert since that point. It just surprised me that she remembered that "small" detail.
NOTE: Definitely get off at Anguk Station (Exit 4). Just go straight until you reach a red-painted alleyway (side road) on your left between the university and elementary school. Lavinia will be 3/4 way down on your right.
ummm, I think that is everything, but just want to emphasis that you cannot beat this place. I had to verify with Vicky that the pricing was correct, because the pictures made it seem like it was worth more.
