Our reviews speak for themselves:

“Sam was a great host! She was quick to respond to messages and had a lot of information about what was close by. Location was central and walkable to most places we visited. The room was very clean, one bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was so big and had a great shower and a large mirror. Many mirrors in the unit made it easy to get ready when going out. Full kitchen and coffee maker as well. Would definitely stay again!”

“The stay was great! Very clean and she kept in touch from the moment I booked till I left, making sure I understood everything and also giving tips about stuff to do. Great stay I recommend!”

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:

☛ Older homes, especially those built with rock and mortar, can accumulate a lot of dust due to their age and the materials used in construction. Over time, mortar and stone can degrade, creating fine dust particles. Wooden beams and floors can also produce dust as they age and wear down. We do our best to vacuum and dust the entire unit, but sometimes this is not enough. So, we have provided an air purifier, with a HEPA filter to eliminate as much as possible any remaining dust.

☛ Located in a semi basement. If lots of natural light is important to you, this is not the place.

☛ Must be able to climb stairs!

☛ If you have any questions or concerns, please message me. I am very reasonable and am aiming to please. Your feedback is taken seriously and is appreciated. Feel free to message me privately before leaving a public review.

☛ The Parking Pass must be picked up from the apartment before going to the garage. You need the pass to open the gate and park for free. Without the pass to open the gate, you will have to pay.
If any problems with the pass, please let us know right away so that we can help. Security at the gate ONLY speaks french.

☛ The home is in a lively, central area popular with tourists. Like in most big cities, you may see individuals experiencing homelessness. They’re generally harmless—just be kind and there’s nothing to worry about

My name is Sam. You can call me an entrepreneur. I am always looking to improve myself through education, business and experiences. I love to read, do Yoga and practice Mindful Meditation. It makes me feel grounded. I love Montreal with its great restaurants and entertainment. It’s a very vibrant and multicultural city. And it’s easy to get around without a car. I often use the Bixi bikes during the summer. Everything you may need is in walking distance downtown. My mission is to offer you a stay that exceeds your expectations. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible :)
