Good experience, a bit overpriced during the Grand Prix Weekend for the size of the unit. Very well kept and courteous host. Would rent again. Only downside was being charged a cleaning fee of 60$ and having to clean the floors afterwards when they had not been cleaned originally…

Thanks for your comment. It was Pascal's first time using Airbnb so maybe his expectations were as the one of the Reine Elisabeth Hotel where he usually goes. I am surprised about his comment on the price since he agreed to book at that rate and told me that all the hotel rooms were at least 2 times the price of my place. I ask my visitrors to pass the broom and put the sheets and towels in the washing machine. I did not think it was to much to ask. I stay very open to discussion and if Pascal would have ask me not to pass the broom, it would of been fine. The floor was clean when he arrived.
