We had an excellent stay in Giulia's apartment. She gave us a warm welcome and explained everything to us. The place is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Pigneto is a fabulous area with lots of great restaurants and bars. Although it is out of the centre of Rome, it is very easy to get to by public transport. We enjoyed coming back to the area at the end of the day, knowing that we would have great food in a cool, non-touristy neighbourhood.
Considered a superb experience for us as it was the first apartment we have booked from AirBnb! Everything was perfect! Giulia was very kind enough to let us switch to another apartment that was available on the very last minute notice! Very generous of her to provide important information and useful guides and tips while we travelled in Rome. We did not request for it, but isn't it great when a host takes the initiative to provide such stuffs? =)))) Giulia even provided breakfast which was more than sufficient for us to kickstart our day. We will definitely come back should we visit Rome again!
Excellant AirBnB! We had just arrived off a taxing night train and the oasis of Giulia's apartment was just what was needed. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the bus stop is just a block away. Giulia provided us with maps and espresso and we were off to Rome within 30 minutes. It was a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day. Thanks Giulia!
Giulia is a great host, she is very warm and helpful in walking us through her apartment, cleaning the house every day and offering us tremendous information around the city. The room was also clean and cozy, we enjoyed it very much!
The place was lovely and clean with a pretty garden. There are some great bars and restaurants just a few roads away. The tram ride into the center isn't too far. Stay here if you want more of a neighborhood experience in Rome, rather than just seeing the center.
Very nice apartment, where we stayed 4 days.
Giulia is a great hostess, she answers quickly and she's very helpfull.
She was flexible when we needed to check-in late because our plane arrived at Fuminicio airport at about 23.00.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained.
Giulia has prepared all the informations you need to access to the most famous touristic attractions of Rome.
You can easily find bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, which is very popular and enjoyable.
An excellent place to spend a long weekend in Rome.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Rome.
Many thanks to Giulia.

Giulia's apartment was very cute. It was clean, in a cute gated community and close to trams and buses. However, not close to the metro. She was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. She lives in the building so she is very responsive when needed. She provided yogurt, milk, coffee, biscuits and chocolate croissants for breakfast.
The only downfall to this place is that it's pretty far from Rome attractions about 30-40 mins.
And the only complaint I have is the ant problem in the bathroom.
