A cheerful upstairs unit in the backyard of a yellow house, this apartment comes with a living area, a dining area, a well-stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a princess shower, and one bedroom with a full bed. The place is the perfect size for one or two guests - the sofa bed in the living room allows for two more - and is good for long-term stays.
The apartment is only a stone's throw from the 10 freeway, which will take you to downtown LA on the east and Santa Monica to the west. The apartment lacks a parking spot of its own, but ample street parking is usually available.
Interaction with Guests
Not much - I travel a lot for work, and you'd be at my place while I am away (the reason that the apartment is on Airbnb in the first place)! I will try to be home to welcome you, though, at the very least.
Grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes are within walking distance; downtown Culver City is only 1.5 miles away; and you will be equidistant from UCLA / Westwood, downtown LA, and Santa Monica / Venice, making this apartment centrally located. I enjoy living here, and I think that you will, too.
This location is convenient to reach by public transit, having seven bus lines within walking distance. These buses will take you to West Hollywood, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the La Brea Tar Pits, UCLA and Santa Monica, downtown LA, Venice, and downtown Culver City. Additionally, the two westernmost stops of the Metro Expo light-rail line are within 1.5 miles of the apartment.
NO PETS. The compound already comes with three cats and three dogs; don't need any pets in the apartment itself.
NO SMOKING INDOORS. You are welcome to smoke only on the patio.
NO PARTIES. You're welcome to have friends over; but, for the sake of my neighbors, please keep it down and avoid causing a disturbance.
