Newly renovated townhouse in a quiet part of the city center. Facing onto the park right next to the Elysium tower. It's 15 minutes drive from the airport, and 15 minutes walk to the heart of the city. Very fast 1gb wifi. It's a 100 year old smart home in the best kept secret of a location in town.

The room is large and has a desk. The kitchen, yard and front room are connected. Its a relaxing space. Cooking is possible, but please be advised the kitchen and front room are comparatively small spaces.

Shalom Park is directly in front of the house. It's a quiet neighborhood. Formerly the Jewish quarter of the city. It's very close to the bars restaurants and amenities of the city as well as new developments such as the Dean hotel and the Marina market.
