Sleeps 2 with private yard and free parking on premises. This home comes with a smart tv, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and utensils you’ll need for a small meal.

The space
Container is located in the backyard and is fenced off to provide privacy. It is in a residential area so please be mindful of loud noice.

Inside you’ll find a full size futon that sleeps two, a smart tv with Netflix included, mini split refrigerated air system, and a small countertop that can be used for a desk if needed.

Kitchen includes a small sink, an electric stovetop, mini fridge and microwave.

The bathroom has a single stall shower, toilet, vanity and built in shelving for your personal items.

Guest access
Guest will have access to entire container home and patio/yard area that’s fenced in. There is a small opening behind the beige container that will lead into the main backyard, please do not go through that area as it belongs to the main house tenant.

Other things to note
Parking will be on the left side of the carport. The carport belongs to the front guest.
