About this listing
Soar above the heart of San Francisco from the comfort of a beautiful corner-apartment balcony. Wake up to views of the bay from the balcony attached to the bedroom and see City Hall below you from the concrete perch attached to the living room.
My suite has laminate floors, granite counter tops, and a big screen plasma TV with a media center PC. There’s also a well-equipped gym and laundry facilities in the building (you can even use my laundry card).
Boasting a Walk Score of 97, this location is serious when it comes to being close to everything. Countless restaurants and bars are within walking distance and a grocery store is less than 4 blocks away. If all you want is coffee to start your day, Starbucks is right beneath your feet—you don’t even have to leave the building.
Getting around the rest of SF is simple, too. BART train and MUNI bus stations are less than a block away and Zipcars are available in the building’s garage.
It is usually possible to arrange underground parking in the building for $10/day extra, but please confirm first if this is important to you as it requires advance notice.
Please treat things with respect and keep the noise down after 11pm. In particular, if the balcony door is open sound often disturbs the neighbors. If you're playing music or having exuberant discussions please keep it closed.
this is a great apartment in a great location. Close to public transportation and within walking distance to great dining spots. Nathan was friendly and responsive. He answered all oft questions quickly and kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer to avoid being stuck carrying luggage around town. The views are amazing from both balconies. A great stay, highly recommended.
Im from the bay area, but I never seen the bay in a different perspective until I rented Nathan's Place. The view was breathtaking, its like waking up at twin peaks (tourist spot SFO) everyday with a comfy of having a bed. Having a starbucks down by the lobby is one of the perks I had as well. Oh, and the parking spot, gotta love it.
As for Nathan, he is very accomodating. From reservation, to actual renting, all the way to check out, Mr. Baxter is easy to talk/message to/with. Although i didn't get the chance to meet him.
Lastly, the place is so clean!!!
Nathan was excellent communicate with. His place was exactly as pictured on the website. Very clean, great space with wonderful views. The neighborhood had a good many choices to offer. I would definitely stay there again.
I rented this lovely apt for my Dad during his trip here for a long weekend. Nathan was great at communicating promptly and thoroughly about all details and gave a very accurate sense of the place with pictures and descriptions. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Hayes Valley and the transportation to get downtown or to the Mission. The apartment itself has incredible views from all rooms, is fairly protected from street noise, and has all the amenities to make it feel like a comfortable home away from home.
Nathan's apartment was in a great location. You can get on any type of public transportation within minutes of walking. When I first stepped into his apartment, I was overwhelmed by a very strong scent. It smelled like the men's locker room. The smell lingered thought the apartment during my entire stay and was the strongest in the bathroom. I went out to buy an air freshener and dealt with it. Many others would probably find this unaccaptable (mold?, funus?, etc), but I was OK with it. The kitchen had all the essentials, but I never used it. At night you can hear sirens blaring every half hour, but that's to be expected living downtown. Oh, watch out for the security guard sitting at the desk. He was very rude to me. Access to the apartment was very easy. Pretty good views at night from two balconies. One or two codes will get you in quickly. Overall, OK experience.
Nathan a great apartment on market street everything is available on site, Nathan is very responsive, two balconies offer amazing views, thank you for everything
Yes, the apartment was very clean when we got there, even though we didn't really spend much time in the apartment it was nice to go back to the place knowing we were not far from any part of the city we wanted to go to. I would definitely stay at Nathan's spot again. The shower faucet and head were nice. The place is set up very open, and if the day is perfect in SF the views are awesome and the breeze that can go through are awesome.
