Welcome to the Evergreen bungalow. We are located in the heart of Historic Franklin, TN. A key site of the American Civil War. Only 0.8 miles from Downtown's Mainstreet which is lined with galleries, antique shops and restored Victorian buildings. Our stand alone home is in a prized location with Pinkerton park being across the street, and a quiet neighborhood with a spacious backyard and
beautiful deck. You will LOVE your stay at the Evergreen Bungalow.

The space
Enjoy spacious beds for all guests, and plenty of room for enjoying breakfast at the table together. Spend some time on the couch enjoying those board games too!

The house and yard is free to roam! The garage stays locked however at all times.

Please be aware that our neighbor is building a new home. You may experience some construction noise but they are now largely finished with framing the home. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we’re happy to give updated information
