Wonderful apartment in an old but of course renovated building in the nicest neighborhood of Neukölln - and with 150 square meters of space just huge! Very spacious, but decorated modernly.
There is a guest room of 30 sqm with a large design studio couch for two (plus a huge air bed for another 2 people if needed),
a large living room,
a dining room with sweet ornamental wallpaper,
a great Berlin style kitchen
and a large bathroom to share.
If the whole apartment is free, there is also a large bedroom with an additional bed for two.
All in all there can 1 to 6 people stay in that apartment: 1 to 4 if just the guest room is rented, and two more when the private bedroom is also available.
The apartment has everything a wonderful Berlin place should have: 150 sqm with two old stoves, old gullwing doors, herringbone parquet and wooden floor and stucco!
The apartment is in the 2nd floor, and fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub...).
My dog is just at home, if my boyfriend and I are at home as well and just the guest room is free.
Top located in Neukölln, in Wildenbruchstraße close to Weserstraße, a very trendy neighborhood with many sweet bars and cafes and hip restaurants just around the corner. The river is only two blocks apart, where you can sit or walk beside the water.
Very good transport connection: the next Metro Station is 'Rathaus Neukölln', and the bus stop is right outside the door.

Julia´s flat is amazing! It has high ceilings, wooden floors and a beautiful interior design. When I arrived everything was ready for me like a bed with fresh sheets, fresh towels, some welcome sweets, maps on Berlin etcetera. I felt very comfortable and safe the whole time I lived in the flat. The communication with Julia was great! She was always very friendly and provided me with all the important information I needed. I very much recommend to stay with Julia as everything was perfect.
The apartment is wonderful - it's a typical Berlin apartment with high ceilings, doors and windows, full of light and very clean yet cosy. We were welcomed with little chocolates on our pillows which made us feel right at home, and Julia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in the best neighborhood of Berlin, with lots of great places around to shop, eat or have a drink.
