°When confirming your reservation, we will request additional information to manage your registration and building access.
°The information must be provided before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to guarantee your access.
°Check-out before 12:00 p.m.
°Keep noise at a moderate level, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
°Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay.
°Visitors and unregistered persons are not allowed at any time.
°Once check-in is completed, no additional people can be added to the reservation.
°All guests must present official identification (minors: CURP, passport, or school ID).
°Children from 5 years old count as adults.
°Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
°Parties are not allowed; small gatherings only among registered guests with moderate volume until 11:00 p.m.
°Take care of the furniture and objects in the apartment, avoiding stains, scratches, or damage.
°Report any damage immediately.
°Throwing objects out of windows or balconies is prohibited.
°Pets are not allowed (reservations with pets will be canceled).
°Amenities are subject to the building’s internal rules and schedules.
°Extra cleaning service available at an additional cost.
°Any additional unregistered person will result in a financial penalty.
°Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
