Big enough to host a large family and also perfect for coworkers. Close to LAX but no noise from planes or traffic.

The kitchen is a dream for cooking! It boasts lofty ceilings, an island as well as a peninsula. High end appliances are a major plus!

Large sliders open the living room up to indoor/outdoor living. Bbq and dine al fresco in the large and private yard.

The space
3 bedrooms are located in the main house. The large master bedroom has a king mattress and ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms are spaced to allow privacy. One with a queen and the other with two twins and share one bathroom with shower/tub. All bedrooms have tv's and ample closet space.

The guest house has an additional bedroom with a queen mattress and ensuite bathroom. It is accessed through the backyard or privately through the driveway. It has a 55'' Smart tv, queen sized bed, bathroom and office desk.

We provide all clean towels and linens along with basic bathroom essentials.

Other things to note
We kindly ask you to be a good neighbor. This house is not intended for parties or events. Please bring conversations inside after 10pm.
