The apartment consists of a living-dining area with a sofa bed and a front open kitchen, a private bathroom with large bath and a sleeping area with a double bed. also has a large closet and two windows facing the street.
It is located very near the subway station of Tetuan and the Rodriguez Sahagún Park. From this location we are minutes from the Plaza de Castilla, the new towers of La Castellana, the financial district of Cuzco, and perfectly communicated with the center of Madrid and of course, with the Chamartin train station. This is probably one of the most active neighborhoods and interesting outside the center of Madrid. Its area of influence stretching from Plaza de Castilla to the north and south to the street Sor Angela de la Cruz and Cuzco. The Santiago Bernabeu football stadium is also nearby.
We offer the possibility that, upon his arrival you have a kit of food in the apartment. If you wish, we can make a basic shopping (milk, bread, fruit, butter, coffee, ham, cheese ....)
We offer babysitting so that parents can enjoy the night in Madrid.

The apartment is not very big, but it's fine for two people. It has all you need for a short stay. The place was very clean, the neighbours were very quiet and the location is near to a number of facilities (market, supermarkets, metro). Actually the Internet connection was a bit faulty, but it wasn't a problem. Elisa is an excellent landlady and she has been very thoughtful.
This is a quiet and clean apartment, entire neighborhoods are very quiet, very suitable for couples , even we with our daughter are completely no problem. The house will be very close, probably 5-8 minutes away from the metro.Simple tableware kitchen, you can cook in the apartment sumptuous leisurely brunch and then go out shopping. We walk twenty minutes to go to the home stadium of Real Madrid - Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in an afternoon... Madrid are beautiful and we are enjoyed living here.
The place was clean and pleasant.. It is right on the number 1 subway line which makes navigating easier but it was still a kind of long ride to the centre. Elisa is very pleasant. She has a few rules that I found a bit unreasonable but they are clearly in the description so make sure to read it before you book. For instance, a 30 Euro cleaning fee (which I was sort of already paying by paying the nightly rate), and an extra fee if you check in after 8:00. It's a little tricky to find the place because the street curves and then becomes something else but it's not really a problem. Overall, not a bad rental.
First of all, the apartment itself was really good and in my opinion best suitable for two people. But if you get along with two more friends very well it should be no problem to stay there with four guys. Actually it was not in that central location we expected it to be after we read the previous reviews. So we had to take the metro to get to the center with all the sights, which took us about 25min.
We had a few problems with the host Elisa at our arrival. First of all we had to pay an extra charge for late check-in (after 8pm) because we missed our bus. It was mentioned in the house rules, but it was annoying though. Further on she wanted us to pay the cleaning fee in cash, which we've already paid by booking the apartment. It took some time till we sort out the matter and the holder in the shower was still broken. So besides the nice apartment we were a little bit frustrated, also because Elisa seemed to be more a serious business woman than a sympathetic host.
