Large beach house in Almuñécar (Granada) for 6 adults: perfect for families/friends, sunny with lots of light, located in a quiet area of the town, just a short walk from the beach (600m) and shops (300m). The house has 4 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a toilet, sun terrace and outside parking. It is very close to the Almuñécar International School and FC Malaga City Academy.

EXCELLENT LOCATION: From the house, you can easily walk into the centre of Almuñécar, have a meal or tapas and then walk home. You can park directly outside the house. It is also near the Almuñécar International School and FC Malaga City Academy.

Hi! I came to Spain to study Spanish and fell in love with Andalusia. For part of the year, we're at Casa Gaviota in Almuñécar, a relaxed beach town on the Costa Tropical. The rest, we're on our sustainable farm near Granada producing olive oil, wine, almonds, and other fruit and veg. I also make cheese and soap, and keep chickens! If you need advice on activities, local produce, or hiking routes during your stay at Casa Gaviota, just ask. I want you to enjoy the Costa Tropical as much as I do!
