About this listing
A wonderful 1 bedroom apartment, less than a min walk from the busiest shopping area in the world. It's just far enough away to not be noisy at all but great restaurants, shops, sights are all around and situated near all transport (MTR, buses, etc.)
This 1 bedroom apartment is a 2 min walk away from two of the largest shopping centers in Hong Kong: Times Square and the just opened Hysan Place. All the shopping in the world is yours within these two malls.
The best thing though is the Tang Long Street area where the building is located is still part of older hong kong with absolutely fabulous little local eateries. If you get tired of the busy city (it does wear you down!), there is also a minibus station steps from the apartment that takes you direct to Stanley market, where you can relax on the sandy beaches and do a bit of shopping at the charming street stalls there, lots of great outdoor restaurants in the area as well.
The apartment is equipped with FREE WiFi and basic Cable channels. There is a full kitchen, microwave, fridge and washer. The double bed in the bedroom comfortably sleeps two and the double pull out sofa in the living room can be a suitable backup for a last minute guest.
I have lived in the area for over 25 years and would absolutely enjoy sharing some insights of nearby eateries and local shops.
TV, Cable, Full Kitchen,
Towels, Sheets, Toilet Paper, Body Soap, Shampoo, hair dryer.
Interaction with Guests
Will meet you either at check in or anytime during your stay if you'd like to get recommendations around the area.
Perfectly located in the middle of it all, there are world class shopping centres, wonderful eateries, side streets filled with charming local specialty shops, this is Causewaybay and you will not want for more convenience. The Causweway Bay MTR station is but 2 min walk away and Times Square, Hysan Place, Sogo are some of Hong Kong's biggest shopping centres mere steps from the building.
Buses, Trams and the underground MTR are all within 2 minutes walk from the building, a minibus station near the apartment also takes to scenic Stanley beach, you really can't get much more convenient than this.
Other Things to Note
Once you arrive in Hong Kong, everything is quite simple and all starts with a call from the FREE phones at the airport located in the hall immediately after you pass through baggage customs. There is also a Visitors Center there if you would like to pick up some maps, local travel guides, etc. to read on your way to the apartment. If you need a local SIM card, there is a 7-11 in the middle section of the main arrival hall where they see all types of SIM cards, I usually prefer the PCCW brand as it is the larges local operator.
This is a Strictly NON SMOKING Flat.

That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.
All airlines flying from Hong Kong airport offer In Town check in, EXCEPT the following:

Jason is nice and very informative. Windows throughout that make the apartment bright, and airy. However because of the hot summer we have to close the windows and use the air conditioning. Below the apartment is food street you can find a lot of restaurants from western, japanese, korean and chinese cuisine. You will never get hungry staying in this apartment, some of the restaurants open till very late in weekends. Lively neighbourhood but quiet in the apartment as it is located in the 15th floor. The downsides of it are the washing machine is not working and the running water of the shower is quite frustrating.
Very good location, just behind the Times Square and very close to SOGO and metro station.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this nice apartment.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Jason was a great host who sent us well thought of directions and recommendations, making the check in process a breeze. Our flight arrived late and Jason went the extra mile to text us to check if everything was ok, which was a very sweet gesture that made us feel at home:)
Our first impression of the apartment was quite good as it was true to pictures and was well maintained. The unit was well sized for 2pax with all the necessary amenities made available.
A point to note is that this apartment located along a street full of good and even famous restaurants. Do take advantage of the strategic location of the apartment to avoid the queue at the many famous restaurants few steps away from the apartment.
The only pity was that we couldn't truly enjoy the wonderful entertainment system as there wasn't a movie channel available for movie buffs like us.
All in all, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a great stay at Jason's apartment and will come back the next time we travel to Hong Kong.
This apartment is located in the best part of Hong Kong around the corner from Times Square. The street doesn't look great but has great local eateries. The apartment is adequate. Jason kept us waiting for nearly an hour, and when we went upstairs the apartment hadn't been cleaned. Not something we needed after travelling for 22 hours. He did redeem himself by providing clean linen half way through our stay after we requested it as we were there for 10 days
I never met Jason or his wife. They only sent their house help. Just the same, when we try to ask them some directions via whatsapp, they were prompt in replying.
The place was clean and everything works. Just when we thought we were about to get lost in finding the unit, voila, it was right there!
The street was one of those small streets with lots of restaurants around it, usually visited by locals.
Staying in their unit has given us a more local vibe, which is something we truly liked.
Though one of the neighbouring restaurants in the next building tend to be noisy passed bedtime, once you have the windows closed, you can't hear anything and go straight to bed.

About the Host, Jason
I've enjoyed traveling to different parts of the world my entire life and absolutely love meeting locals at each place I visit to get first hand knowledge of the destination. I've made many friends across the globe and look forward to visiting them each time I'm back in the region. I've called Hong Kong my home for the past 30 years, this is absolutely a brilliant little place with so much local flavor and western influences in this Chinese city. I look forward to meeting lots of overseas friends and pointing out the many local favorites so every visitor has a chance to experience the best of this great city.
