Guest access
Guests have access to the entire lake house but please note that guests DO NOT have access of the pontoon boat pictured in the listing. However, there are pontoon boats available for rent from Bryant Lake & Lawn Services LLC in Rochester! Also, guests may park their boat at the house or can even leave a vehicle or trailer parked at the boat ramp.

Please note that to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, a waiver form must be signed upon confirming your reservation in order to use our kayaks, hot tub, and watersports equipment.
