Tim is a very friendly host. The house is comfortable and spacious, and very clean. There is a TV room with sofas. The neighborood is very quiet. It's not far from downtown (2 stations).
Great host! Can adapt to any situation! Great place! Super clean and close to subway and all shops. 2 stops from city center. I can only recommend!!!! Thanks!!!! :))
Tim is a gracious host who maintains his properties with care. The night I arrived in ATL, Tim invited me to a dinner party - along with another of his guests. We were treated to a hearty southern-style meal and took home a heartier portion of leftovers.
I stayed on a twin bed in Tim's 702 Pearce St. residence for 3 nights. The room was closed off by curtains on either side of a hallway space, which people could walk through to reach the restroom. This was a more "dorm" style space than some of the other beds in that same residence occupy. Tim readily showed me the range of beds he had available, but I was happy with the dorm-style setup.
The 4-5 other hosts that rotated in and out during my time there were all superb people, some of whom I traveled around town with and am still in touch with. The Pearce St. place has a fireplace out back (see pictures), which I used the last night of my stay, along with a fella from the UK and a girl from nearly everywhere - as far as I could tell (you know who you are, "Shooting Star," lol). On one occasion, a guest mentioned that she had a craving for donuts, and Tim promptly returned with a dozen Krispy Kremes for everyone!
Needless to say, I'll be staying in one of Tim's places the next time I visit Atlanta.
Very easygoing and flexible. House was clean, best mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel or hostel (I like it firm). Close to downtown Atlanta, would definitely come here again.
My friends and i, spended 10 days at Tim home and there was a nice time in a nice place. The place make you feel like at home, is very clean and Tim is a non problem Guy, who always have the best dispositon to help you!
For me is easy to recommend Tim place, becasue for a good price is possible to find a good place to spend calm time after intense days.
Tim is an excellent host.
I only stayed for one night in Atlanta, which was too short to see everything, but Tim provided me with a lot of information about the city. Although the house was nearly full because of Labour Day, Tim found a place for me to sleep so everything was fine and I had a great time with Tim and the other Travellers.
