This home is in a quiet area.
Casa Verano Eterno is a modern, beautiful 7 bedroom home with a private yoga shala and endless pool located in the Guiones Beach Club. The home is about a 7 minute walk to the beach! Each bedroom is separate from the common areas to maximize privacy when wanted. The house has fantastic mountain views from the 2nd floor of the main house and the rancho. The property is extremely peaceful aside from hearing the birds singing and the ocean breezes rattling the palm leaves

The space
The home is a 7 minute walk to beach; it’s about 200 meters as the crow flies and at times you can hear the sound of the waves. There’s also a great little tidal pool at low to mid tide for snorkeling right in front of the gated community.

A laid-back Costa Rican beach town with a strong yoga community, surf lessons along the coast, and fresh ceviche served at casual spots.

From the host

The house is located in the only gated community adjacent to the beach. It is VERY TRANQUIL and PEACEFUL with minimal cars (aside from the people vacationing in the other homes in the gated community)! You can listen to all the amazing song birds and sometimes the waves crashing on the beach in the distance

work as hard as necessary so I can surf and enjoy my life as much as possible. I go to Costa Rica on a regular basis and have a rental vacation home there which I recently built (it's my pride and joy!). I'm an easy going, minimalist kind of guy who treasures the simple things in life. Being a native ny'r I prefer peace and solitude with a couple great friends or my gf when I travel.
