Interaction with Guests
I work a lot and I'm not home often. However someone will be there for check-in to answer questions. I am easily reachable over phone, e-mail and whatsapp.
The apartment is located in a safe, green neighbourhood. It is situated only one 15-minute bus ride away from Central station, so the city cente is easily reached. There is a small shopping center with two super markets and take-away restaurants in about a 5 minute walk. There is free parking in the street so it's perfect if you are coming by car or renting one.
Amsterdam North is an upcoming trendy neighborhood in Amsterdam which traditionally hasn't attracted many tourists. Lately the area has become very popular for the many cultural events and activities. It is now the home of many artists and musicians.
Frequent Buses to the city centre day and Night.
Other Things to Note
I have an adorable little dog. Guests don't get to see him as I keep him in my private quarter, but if you like dogs there's a happy, friendly chihuahua ready to welcome you in our home.
I love my home and my neighbours are so very friendly. I expect my guests to treat them both as they would treat their own home and neighbours.
Other than that just be sensible and tidy up after yourself in te common areas.
Strictly no smoking. Guests can smoke just outside the front-door overlooking a peaceful canal.
Room was as described and location is decent. Takes about 20 mins to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Chanez was really helpful and friendly too!
We had a great stay here! She was very accommodating and gave us everything we needed. We had an issue opening the front door but she responded to our pleas quickly and sent help. Overall we had a very great time!
Lovely quiet room, quite far from the centro but easy enough to get buses. Was lovely and clean but quite expensive especially with the cleaning fee.
Generally we had a great stay at Chanaz's. It was very comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is really small but that's quite enough to prepare breakfast or cook something easy. If you want to go to the city centre, you have to take bus nr. 33 (which leaves every 7 minutes during the week), 15-20 minutes and you are there. The host was really friendly, thanks to Chanaz' mum we even had the possibility to check in at 10 am in the morning - on Sunday. Dank je wel!
It was easy to find. 25 min from amsterdam central with te bus. Bathroom was quite nice. Room was really small with an table, small fridge, bedside table, coat hanger and sofabed. The apartment was very cold and the only retreat was to stay in the small room or go out. We (two person) stayed 4 nights and payed about 380€ for us students is that very expensiv for that quality-price conditions. For a short stay it's ok.
