Set in the beautiful regency Royal Crescent, the building dates back to 1808 and this prestigious address was once home to Sir Laurence Olivier.
The open-planned apartment is ideal for a romantic weekend for two. With the added option of a sofa bed and travel cot, this also makes it perfect for small families. The newly fitted modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Double french patio doors lead to a private outside terrace.
Complimentary Wi-fi, Sky HD TV with movie channels and DVD player are also included.

Parking in Brighton is extremely busy. Where possible, we recommend you come by train. Brighton is very easy to walk around and a car is not needed to enjoy all the sights the city has to offer.
For the apartment there is no reserved space for the apartment. However, we have a limited number of visitor permits available for £10/day for 'Parking Zone C' which allows you to park outside the apartment and the surrounding area. This offers exceptional value as the meters opposite us charge £3.20 an hour. You need one permit per car, per day.
YOU MUST BOOK PARKING WHEN MAKING A BOOKING OR WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU PERMITS FOR YOUR STAY.
There is also an option to park for £5.20 a day on metered bays if you drive a little further along the seafront (5-10min walk). Depending on what time of day you arrive in Brighton is depended if you can get one of these spaces. Please contact me for further details and map of where this area is in relation to the apartment.

Brighton is a truly cosmopolitan city combining the perfect mix of city and seaside living. There is so much to do within Brighton and the beautiful surrounding areas.
Within a ten minute walk into Brighton you'll find lots to explore. Highlights include the Brighton Pavilion, the famous Brighton Lanes, Theatre Royal, and the Palace Pier. Indeed, one of the delights of enjoying a break at Royal Crescent is that a car is simply not required. If you do wish to venture further afield, the bus station and train station are both within 15 minutes’ walk.
Brighton is full of wonderful restaurants and pavement cafes, you will be spoilt for choice! Once you have visited this vibrant city, you'll want to come again and again!

I email one week before arrival to arrange checkin times etc. I always try and be there to greet you on arrival and show you around the apartment.
Royal Crescent apartment is situated in the fashionable and highly desirable part of Kemptown Village. Just behind the crescent is the wonderful St George's Road packed with independent shops. These include coffee shops, a traditional butchers, a local deli, a traditional grocers and a wonderful French patisserie and bakery. There is also a host of antique shops and flea markets selling all sorts of wonderful vintage finds.

Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Our apartment is located in a quiet crescent, but a close enough walk from the Brighton highlights and buzzy nightlife.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the apartment.
