  • I had a wonderful time in Paris, which was due in part to my stay in a lovely flat in a terrifically idyllic neighborhood. Nicolas was a wonderful host - friendly, communicative, and so helpful with recommendations. The flat was incredibly clean and a super functional space for my stay, including cooking a few light dinners. I highly recommend staying with Nicolas - he's great. There are some great shops in the area and I found the local going ons to be incredibly charming.

  • Nicolas was an incredible host. My flight was delayed for a few hours but he waited patiently for me before work. He's also very generous and helpful. I would say he's a complete gentleman. :)

  • Nicolas is a perfect host, very helpful and fun to talk to! His flat is clean. The room is just as described and it is for your private use when closing the door at night. Highly recommended.

  • Nicolas is a great host. That kind of people who do everything in right way. He is nice and always helps me if I need a piece of advice or any directions. I could say Nicolas is a very reliable person. That was second time I've stayed at his apartment. I like it very-very much. Thank you for this chance! :)

  • This BNB is located nearby the metro station. Nicolas, host of this acommodation, repects visitors' privacy, and he is very kind and friendly. You can get lots of useful informations by taking a conversation with him. Ask what you want to know about Paris, then he will kindly tell what you need to know. I strongly recommend this BNB to other visitors in Paris.

  • Nicolas is an excellent host. :) The apartment was nice & clean, too. And in a convenient location as well. Perfect.

  • Nicolas is a great and nice host. I stayed at his place just for 2 nights, but we had good conversations, and the location and access to the metro is good as well. I totally recommend his place and in my opinion better for shorter stays. The pictueres show exactly the room - so you see it is the kitchen, where he cooks, for me no problem, but I can imagin for some it is. All in all it was a nice place with a great host.

  • Nicolas was a very nice and caring hostess, He also helped me with information about paris and we went togeter to Le Marais on Sunday.
The area is nice, well conected and quiet. The room and flat in very good conditions and warm.
Very good people and place. I would definatelly recommed Nicola's flat.

  • I stayed with Nicolas for two nights and had a great time. The space itself is well kept with a comfortable pull out bed and the neighbourhood is quaint and within easy walking distance of two metro lines. What really makes this place exceptional, however, is Nicolas's amazing hospitality. We had some great conversations, exchanged books, and he even made me dinner. A truly exceptional host, would highly recommend him to anyone!

About
Hi, I'm Nicolas, 32, and I rent my living room in Paris and my mother's cottages in the south of France. I like languages and cultures. I lived several years in Berlin and in Utrecht (The Netherlands) and now I am back in Paris. Last but not least, I like meeting new people from different backgrounds and different countries and show them some of the great things that Paris has to offer. If you have questions, don't hesitate, we can chat in French, English, German or Dutch. Just come to visit us, whether in my cozy Parisian home or in my mother's cottage in the beautiful and sunny south of France!
