As we are going for a long vacation in November-December, we're looking to sublet our apartment. It is 'mini penthouse' (two floors - spacious living room and kitchen in the fifth floor, big bedroom and balcony in the upper floor - which is the 6th floor and the 'roof' of the building). It is well located - in Merkaz Ba'alei Melaha 39, Tel Aviv (Parallel to Shinkin street - 200 meters to Rotschild, 500 meter to the 'Bima', 800 meter to the sea - this is a quiet street in the best area of Tel Aviv ). The building is pretty new one, built in 1991. PRIVATE PARKING IS INCLUDED (big enough for one big car or two compact cars - we usually part two 'Hyundai Getz' in it).
The apartment is fully furnished (Sofas, dining table, big TV, high end stereo system, refrigerator, oven, microwave, espresso machine, laundry machine, drier, wifi internet in both floors, air conditioning in all of the apartment, and all necessities). There are two toilets in the apartment. We have a maid which comes once a week, and it is possible for him to come during this time also.
We're looking for REPUTABLE tenants - the price (100$ per day) is per day assuming the entire period is (website hidden) is negotiable, but we are looking for people who we can trust with our beloved apartment. The apartment fits perfectly a couple (possible +1 kid). Note it includes everything - taxes, electricity, water, internet, etc.
About us: renting houses isn't our job (I work in a high tech company and my wife is a doctor) - and the first priority is to find reputable people for this apartment.
