The Kook House aka "Surfers Paradise" - Located on Beach 67th street in Rockaway Beach. Directly up the block from rockaways official surfing beach and steps away from the local bars, cafe and restaurants.

I will be present in the listing during your stay. I will be residing in the same unit as you, the host, and sharing common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) with you during the stay.

The space
*Every room has their own centralized AC/Heat unit for their comfort* - New for 2021

FIRST FLOOR

• Living Room + Dining room
• Small den/bedroom
• One HALF bathroom on the first floor.
• Full kitchen open concept with bar stools
• Access to the backyard/deck via the kitchens sliding back doors.

SECOND FLOOR

• Three Bedrooms
• One FULL bathroom

BACKYARD

You will have complete access to the entire backyard/patio space, which is the best part about my home. There will be plenty of outdoor seating and shaded areas on the back deck, along with outdoor lighting (See pics). The house is also equipped with a Weber Gas Grill, which you have total access to!

P.S. There is also an outdoor shower (hot and cold) located right next to the back deck on the lower street level, feel free to rinse off or shower in complete privacy!

I will be present in the listing during your stay. I will be residing in the same unit as you, the host, and sharing common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) with you during the stay.

Other things to note
I charge a very low cleaning fee of $75 dollars which pretty much covers all the cleaning supplies etc. So I kindly ask my guests to clean up after themselves and leave the house in the condition it was in before them. Otherwise I can charge a several hundred dollar service fee (which I personally wouldn't want to pay if I was renting). So please be respectful and tidy while staying here :)
