The space
This unique rental is the lower level of a double story flat. The upper level of the flat is a separate unit.

At almost 960 square feet, there is plenty of room for your family or perfect for traveling workers. This newly renovated commercial space is all brand new! From the luxury vinyl floor to the quartz countertop and everything in between! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay with brand new stainless steel appliances, dishware, and cooking utensils. Grab a cup of coffee in the morning at our unique coffee bar, then pull up a seat at the dining room table or the kitchen peninsula. The large living room is fit with plenty of seating and is a great place to relax with friends or family! Catch a ballgame or movie here as well with the 65" flat-screen on the wall. YouTube TV is provided for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms are located in the hallway with the full bath and laundry room. One bedroom is outfitted with a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a queen bed. The second bedroom contains another queen bed. Feel free to do laundry at your convenience located inside the flat.
Patio located on west side of building is provided for your outdoor enjoyment and will be shared with upper flat guests. Gas grill is provided here as well for your BBQing needs.

There is parking right in front of the Flat on the street. Also Parking is available in gravel area west of building. The unit can be accessed by using the west side entrance in the gravel parking area, then to your right and down the stairs.
