A lovely place! We didn't get to meet Becky while we stayed - but it was such a nice room and beautiful stay. We had two shows in town to do, but got to enjoy her balcony and gorgeous tree, not to mention the birds chirping outside when we had a moment. Great linens and style. Was a very relaxing spot. Best to all staying there and to Becky, too!
The description of the accommodation was accurate and was as pictured. The neighbourhood was clean and pleasant and close to public transit and a number of very nice cafés and restaurants. My host was unable to meet me directly, but she gave me accurate and helpful information to allow me to access the room, good tips on neighbourhood services, her contact information, and contact information for neighbours who could offer assistance, and we communicated regularly. It was a very satisfying visit.
I had a great stay in St. Louis! The space is bright and comfortable. Becky is an excellent host and made sure everything was taken care of. The space was just as described in the listing. The neighborhood is walkable and close to many things in the City.
It was a wonderful experience. Becky's place is gorgeous! Definitely will visit again.
Great house, great location, great host. I recommend this for anyone who is spending time in St. Louis. Becky's house is lovely and she made us feel right at home. You can walk to the Central West End, and you also have easy access to downtown.
Becky and her lovely home were as advertised, and this review echoes the others in being very positive. My husband and I just stayed there for a long weekend, and enjoyed Becky's warm, informal hospitality, and her knowledge of the area. She was flexible to our needs with check-in and check-out, which we appreciated. The neighborhood appears to be ascending in hipness, and her buildings are really nice with their outdoor patios and balconies. The oversized bathroom, our fist time sharing on Airbnb, was easily navigated, as she allowed for our needs. Her dog, Houdini, was friendly and lovable, and I am a bit dog phobic, so that is high praise. All in all, a great stay - we would surely go back.
Becky was kind enough to accept our request (less than 3 days) before heading to St Louis. She was able to accommodate our request to check-in at a certain time as well. When we arrived, the place was very Zen like feel and very clean. The room was on the second floor and everything seems to be in the right place. The bedroom was big, bright, clean and very open - with a bonus outside 2nd floor patio! You should see how amazing the bathroom! Becky was very cool and we love her as our host. She made us breakfast which is very sweet of her - love the coffee, bacon and fruits -- everything was delish! While talking, it was fun, entertaining and we happen to know people she knew in Chicago - such a small world! Hope to see her when she comes visit her kids on Mother's Day in May. Looking forward to reach out to her for another visit/stay in St Louis soon! Thank you again! George/Dustin
