Private home on a private road, so there’s not much traffic and it’s very quiet. Friendly neighbors all around. The house has an inviting enclosed porch with plenty of seating and rockers to relax in. Lake is about a 200’ walk across the grass. Our lake is perfect for swimming and kayaking as it’s the second cleanest in New York! A pass to the Adam’s Point Beach is included with your stay!

The space
Centrally located to many different attractions in the Berkshires including Lenox, Lee, Great Barrington and Hancock.

Guest access
Access to the complete home, as well as a patio area with grill. We also have dock on the water with kayaks. Life jackets are provided.

Other things to note
Door dash does offer delivery from a limited number of restaurants.
New Lebanon Farmers Market offers grocery delivery. I love this little store. The produce is always fresh and the items here are all local!

Neighborhood highlights

We love it here. It’s very peaceful and the lake is lovely. We’re close to so many places, within 15-30 minutes of so many cultural attractions. The Berkshires are a great place to enjoy.
