The apartment is located in central Milan. 5 minute walk to the grand central station. Near the milan central park (giardini indro montanelli), and 10 minute walk to the famous Duomo square, and shopping of via montenapoleone, pza cavour.
The apartment is located on third floor walk-up building.
Very clean and comfortable. Has a feel of a chic pied a terre flat and not an impersonal hotel room.
Large closet with shelves that act as your dresser provided for your clothes so you don't have to live out of your suitcase.
Supermarket at 200 mts, grocery , pharmacy, bar and restaurants nearby. Fully furnished and freshly renovated.
Linen and towels provided.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child.
Wireless Wi-Fi Internet. Hi-Fi stereo, large TV, AC(good for summer months and hard to find in milan), heat, and cable, safe, hairdryer, a full size galley kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook. Clean sheets and towels provided for your stay.
If you are arriving with a car, we have a secure parking garage located one block from the apartment. Ask us for directions.
If you are arriving from the airport, we provide all guests with detailed instructions for arriving at the apartment via shuttle, taxi, or train.
We also have available for guests optional airport pickup and dropoff. Instead of taking the airport shuttle or taxi we can pick you up for an additional fee.

Let us know if you are traveling with luggage and we will be happy to help you carry your bags up the stairs and into the apartment when we give you the keys during check-in.
We have a baby crib available on request if you will be traveling with a baby.
Guests traveling with children: A queen size inflatable air mattress is available for the living room which we prepare prior to your arrival.

11/15/15 - New wood flooring installed. Removed old carpeting and installed wood throughout apartment.
11/4/15 - New faucets installed. We have renovated and installed new faucets in the apartment.
11/4/15 - Contractor installing new electrical outlets. Repainting, paint touch-ups. Window adjusting, and new shades in bedroom.
10/17/15 - New bedding and towels, comforters, and pillows
10/17/15 - New seating and chairs for the dining room.
7/21/15 - Purchased ventilator fan to improve air-conditioning to better cool apartment during warm summer months.
7/15/15 - Installed new refrigerator
9/1/2014 - We have an iron and ironing board guests can use.
1/20/2014 - We've installed a brand new wash dryer unit. Guests can wash and dry clothes while they are trave(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) - We are offering guests optional car service from the airport to the apartment and apartment to airport.
1/12/2013 - We upgraded our hot water heater and we sorted out the issues with the heating. Thanks to feedback from our guests, everything is work properly. We also purchased two portable heaters in case of an emergency.
1/10/2013 - We upgraded our heating/ac unit in the apartment. This unit is more reliable.
12/5/2012 - Families traveling with children - we purchased a queen size inflatable air mattress for children to sleep on.
9/16/2012 - We upgraded the wifi internet connection in the apartment to hi speed.
9/10/2012 - We have listened to wonderful feedback from our previous guests. Guests can now connect to internet via wifi, to ipad, tablet, smartphones, and it is free.
9/1/2012 - We lowered the cleaning fee from $65 USD to $40. Guests can now pay cleaning fee via airbnb instead of paying on arrival.

*PLEASE READ THE 'HOUSE RULES' WHICH ARE MINIMAL*

*During your stay please be respectful and cognizant of our neighbors who reside in the building. This includes no smoking inside the building or the apartment, keeping noise to a minimum, and keeping the building clean.*
In the past guests have arrived over three hours late for the scheduled check-in without giving us any notification of when they would be arriving. Therefore to minimize this we have implemented a policy whereby in the event that the guest fails to notify us that they will be late for the scheduled check-in we reserve the right to charge an additional 10 euros for every half hour late.
Please no smoking and no pets. (1)We require a $100 security deposit which is handled completely by AirBnB when you make the reservation, this is to protect us in case the apartment is damaged, and it will automatically be refunded 24 hours after checking out. (2) Default checkout time is 12noon on your last day. If you need to change the time please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request.
Our checking in policy:
Checkin must occur within one hour of the prescribed appointment. If there is going to be a delay we ask you the courtesy to call and reschedule. If you fail to notify and are delayed more than an half hour we ask that you pay an additional 10 euro per half hour as it is highly inconvenient for us to wait.
Please be on time for your check-in appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the appointment, you may be required to pick up the keys elsewhere.
For after hour check ins please inquire.
Check outs should be no Later than 12 the last day to arrange for cleaning
But we allow flexibility on a case by case.
