-The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $75 per day to cover the expense of gas. Please just let me know at least 24 hours in advance as it takes about 12 hours to fully heat.

-No parties please. Gatherings with family/friends are permitted. *Per Airbnb policy, a party is defined as 17 or more people*

-There are 6 cameras on the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside. 3 in the front, 2 in the back, and 1 on the side.

-No smoking within 20 feet of the house or any of my neighbors homes. There are 2 dedicated smoking areas in the backyard towards the back corners

-By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests or licensees or their personal property . -Occupant (s) acknowledge and agree to use the equipment provided, swimming pool and hot tub AT THEIR OWN RISK. Owner will not assume any liability for any injuries incurred thereto.
