About This Listing
Thanks for looking at my spacious city centre guest room with en suite shower room. My home is in a converted warehouse, and comes with safe car parking space next to the building. Please note I am only taking a minimum two night booking atweekends
The room comes with a very comfortable bed (just read the reviews!), plenty of fresh towels and linens, and plenty of wardrobe space if you need to unpack a bit. The ensuite bathroom has a showerroom and a heated towel rail.
You'll also have full access to the kitchen if you want to prepare a meal, and please help yourself to everything in the fridge (it's usually well stocked with juice, cereals, and bread so help yourself.) Please make yourself at home in the livingroom as well.
I leave plenty of maps and guidebooks in the room, and I'm happy to help point you in the right direction when it comes to cool local events.
I'm also happy to pick you up from the airport if it's feasible. For my work, I often drive by the airport, so please enquire and we'll see if we can work it out!
My apartment is modern, spacious, and well equipped. I have wifi if you need web access. What's more, it's perfectly positioned right in the heart of the city centre.
As far as transport goes, I've got free parking, and there's a train station (Oxford Road Station) from the airport that's only 2 minutes from my home, and otherwise you're incredibly central to exploring Manchester. .
Brian was a relaxed but considerate host. The flat is in a large old brick building near the canals and Bridgewater Hall, so a brilliant central location. I am not familiar with Manchester but Brian was very happy to give advice and directions as required. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. The metro stop is nearby and I found a lovely route along the canal nearby where there were ducks and geese and people walking their dogs.
We felt incredibly welcome at Brian's flat. It was very clean, very well presented and had all the amenities we could have needed. Brian was very friendly, an excellent host and a good laugh as well. He was very responsive if we had any problems/needed to get in touch. The flat was within 10/15mins walking distance of everything we needed in the city centre and is well connected should you need to travel out of the city. Will stay again on my next trip without hesitation. Thanks Brian!

the place is very easy to locate and it is very convenient. brian & friend welcome us warmly and answered to all our enquiries. the bed is extremely comfortable and the room is very clean.
Manchester is a lovely city with a lot to see and do. Brian's apartment is perfectly located to allow you to take advantage of everything the city has to offer. But the apartment and Brian offer so much more than a great location. The apartment is stylish and pleasant and the guest space is clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a good shower and the bedroom has a comfortable bed. Brian is a great host. He is friendly and genuine in his warmth.
My son stayed with Brian for his weekend. He found Brian to be very nice and the flat clean and comfortable. The flat was very convenient and within walking distance from the Oxford Road Station. All in all, he had a good time there.
