Hakim was very easy to work with, responsive and accomodating. The apartment was extremely clean and nice. I would not hesitate to book with Hakim again and will be sure to recommend his apartments to my friends.
Was very easy to contact Hakim while staying for 2 weeks at the apartment. He's very flexible and willing to work with you as long as you tell him your situation. The location was a pretty wealthy part of Montreal too and I got to see my fellow students here and there since it was right next to the university.
Thanks again and will connect again next time!
Great deal! You get a nice & clean apartment, perfectly located in Downtown for a reasonable price.
The apartment was really centrally located in a secure building. It was perfect for my office which was less than a 5 minute walk away and there were restaurants and shops on Crescent St. and the area as well as some museums right outside the door. The apartment looks like it does in the pictures. Check in was easy and the place was quiet so good for sleeping.
Only a few things I would do to upgrade this great place--equip the kitchen with better towels, sponges, a few spices, oil, etc. and maybe some more silverware (but if you are only doing breakfast you're fine). It could also use nicer lighting as the living room area as it is a bit dark with bluish energy saving bulbs. I bought a few candles while I was there and that warmed it up a bit. It is clearly an efficiency apartment that no one lives in but it is comfortably furnished and in a great location. The front desk staff were also really great and helpful. The bed was huge and comfy too. I'd happily stay again on a future trip. Thanks Hakim!
The apt has the best location, specially if you like outdoors activities like running in the mont-royal park.. Where you have the best view of the city downtown. The host was very reachable and the apt is in very good condition
Hakim's apartment is great, clean and in an ideal location. Very close to main areas such as St. Catherine's, Crescent and the Bell Centre. You can also take advantage of the amenities of the building, like the gym and swimming pools, the terrace is a great place to hang out as well. The doormen are also very helpful. Hakim is a great host, had no issues with getting questions answered and booking. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in a small group to Montreal, especially if you wish to take in the downtown atmosphere.
This spacious apt. is well located near McGill University and trendy Crescent St. shops and restaurants, within walking distance of two subway stops and hotels along the Golden Mile--Mtl's most expensive real estate. Part of a complex that caters to visiting business people as well regular renters, it offers excellent facillities (indoor and outdoor pools, large gym, rooftop terrace, hotel-like lobby, concierge service etc.), a cut above most accommodation of this type. The suite, despite being on the first floor at ground level, is quiet and moderately bright--and doesn't depend on an elevator. All its amenities work well, including the a/c, although the TV set-up is so complicated that I had to get the concierge to explain it to me--twice, and I'm no luddite. The wifi connection is excellent. The apt. is somewhat run-down, with chipped paint on the walls, badly scratched parquet flooring, and filthy windows. Housekeeping is lax in general: the rooms were dusty and, in parts, dirty. Upon check in, my keys didn't work, so I had to have them replaced by the obliging manager--which took a while (not a pleasant way to arrive). There were no towels in the suite, so I had to call Hakim's office to arrange for some to be delivered. I had no dealings with Hakim, but found Mirna, his assistant, to be pleasant and helpful. The complex serves coffee and pastries in the lobby each weekday morning, which I appreciated. And the outdoor courtyard, with a large waterfall, is lovely. People are friendly, and English is widely spoken.
Really great stay in Montreal. Booking process and communication with Hakim was very easy and quick. Hakim tried to accommodate any requests I had and that was appreciated. The location is unreal and was the foundation of having a great trip.
All the staff at the building are helpful which allowed me to make the most of my trip.
Much appreciated and can't wait to stay here again.
Hakim's place is fantastic. Everything you need directly in the center of all the best places. I found it to be very clean very nice. You need to find the cleaning supplies under the sink. This is just what you need when you visit Montreal.
Great value for the place I got! Hakim was accommodating and when there was a mistake with the room, made sure it was corrected immediately! Maid service left an envelope asking for tips on the counter which I felt was a decision the customer makes based on a spotlessly clean unit. This one could have used some touch up paint and some spring cleaning but all in all I was very happy to stay there! Amazing roof top terrace that blew me away!
