The space

Guests have access to the entire second floor apartment. There are no shared spaces.

Other things to note
We’re so glad you want to stay with us. Our home is cozy and warm, perfect for a base while you visit the Binghamton area. It was built in 1935, so it comes with all of the charm and quaintness of an old house.

We live downstairs and keep to ourselves unless needed. We have a new baby who is a total charmer and generally happy, but as this cannot be guaranteed with any infant, please keep in mind the possibility of some noise when you book.

The backyard/grill is not included in the airbnb, however we are happy to make it available for your use if not needed by us; just send us a message.

Each bedroom has its own thermostat for heat, and air conditioning units in the summer months. Feel free to adjust to your needs.

***This is a non-smoking property. A $500 automatic fee will be charged for smoking of any kind***

Driveway is reserved for guest use, and can fit at least 2 vehicles. If preferred there is free street parking, and always plenty of it as the street is quiet.

Street parking laws vary throughout the year as described below.

If your stay is between March 16 - Nov 31, you will park on the side of the street opposite the house.

If your stay is between Dec 1 - March 15, Binghamton enforces alternate side parking for snow plowing, see below from the city website:

“Even Days: Park on the EVEN side (the Airbnb side) until 5:00 PM. After 5:00PM, park on the ODD side.

Odd Days: Park on the ODD side (across from the Airbnb) until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, park on the EVEN side.

**Except on consecutive odd days: [Dec 31/Jan 1 & Jan 31/Feb 1] - park on odd side both days, changing to even side on Jan 1st/Feb 1st.” My
