Fully equipped, 1 bedroom and a living room apartment with wooden floor, terrace/balcony and a nice view is to rent in the very heart of Budapest.
Bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, cinemas, theatres, banks, post offices are all within a few minutes to be found and yet this top floor flat is absolutely quiet. There is an elevator too.
This central located, rooftop apartment is just off the historical, tree lined Andrássy út. Buses, tram (which runs 24hrs) and the tube just stop around the corner. There is also a huge park (Városliget) to be found with a pond, a castle, the zoo and the famous Széchenyi bathhouse within 15 mins of walking distance. You will also find an authentic, old fashioned market hall just across the park my apartment is facing with fresh fruits, veggies, meat and home made dairy products.
This apartment is my very own, much beloved home. If you'd like to spend your stay in Budapest this will make you feel like you are a real Budapester. I'm sure you will love it just as much as I do.
Please use the terrace for smoking.
Please keep the noise down in the staircase at all times. Especially when coming back late at night. Please keep in mind that this is not a party hostel but a quiet and very nice house where elderly people live as well. Please do not party in the house. There are plenty of bars, clubs, pubs within walking distance where you can get loud. :))
Many thanks for understanding! I hope to host you soon in my lovely apartment! :)
Very nice apartment perfectly situated in proximity to great restaurants, bars, shopping and sights. The terrace was also a big plus. Everything was clean when we arrived. I didn't get to meet Aniko in person, but the communication with her has been easy and she has been very helpfull. Only minus is the thin walls between the apartments and a neighbour that expects you to be very quiet.
It is a very nice and cosy flat, inviting me to spend a few relaxed days in Budapest. we easily agreed with wach other. I would like to come back.
Très bon séjour chez Aniko. Appartement conforme à la description et bien placé!
Aniko was awesome from the moment we were able to rent her flat until we got back home. She called a cab for us from the airport to her flat and once we arrived was able to show us places to visit around the city, as well as authentic places to go eat. She was so sweet and extremely helpful to us. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and she left things out for us that we could use/eat. We had a great time in Budapest and have her to thank for that!
I stayed here for a month and really enjoyed my time in Anikos flat. Although I didn't meet her she was always quick to respond, polite and helpful. Her neighbour, who let me in, was also v.friendly. As for the flat itself I was impressed. On the top floor (there's an elevator) with a balcony, where the sun shines directly on all day. (A sunset every evening!). Spacious with a cosy feel. Also the flat was very quiet which is a bonus. Would highly recommend.
The apartment is really well located.
In the presence of all that is necessary for the traveler staying in a long time.
Shortcomings were, but they are easy to forget to look out the window.
We had a great time in Budapest.
Thank you, Aniko.
We stayed at Aniko's apartment for 5 days and it was great! Fantastic location - right off Andrássy út (one of the main high streets). 2 seconds away from the House of Terror and walkable distance to all the other sights.
The apartment was lovely, just as it looks in the photos. Comfy bed, all the amenities you would need and an added bonus of a balcony. Aniko had left us lots of info and tips too which was fantastic. A great stay!
