Bathroom has been re-tiled and contains a shower over tub with window above the shower and vanity with storage area. Bedroom and living room face south, permitting indirect light through the day. Spacious bedroom has a large window seat with stained glass windows and large closet. Living room has an over-sized closet and another window seat with stained glass windows. Kitchen has been remodeled with new tile, dishwasher, microwave over gas stove and granite counters – plenty of space to cook large meals. Large window over the sink lets in light throughout the (website hidden). Pauls Flat is located in Noe Valley, next to St. Paul Church, in a quiet neighborhood, yet centrally located. Within walking distance of the Safeway Supermarket, shops, restaurants and nights spots on 24th St., Mission and Valencia Streets. J Church Line and the Mission Street bus are less than 5 minutes away.

The flat is located in a very walkable neighborhood. It is a nice apartment with plenty of closet space. The only negative was the lack of supplies such as extra toilet paper, tissues and soap for the shower.
Fantastic stay. Perferct area, close to Church Street and 24th Street; easy commute to city and Ferry Building. Relaxing, spacious and well equipped. Would stay again anytime.
Its a nice apartment, clean and light. Good for short stays. The area is nice and calm. Yet pretty close to 24th Noe Valley where there are some bars etc. The Mission is close by and connections to public transport is good. 1 min walk to "metro line J-church" that takes you downtown or to Dolores park. Few min uphill to bus 24 that takes you to the Castro. Its a pricy area when it comes to housing though.
St. Paul's Flat was a great "home away from home" for my week long work trip. It was clean, well outfitted, and in a location with good transit options.
