This completely remodeled, historic 1870's home, is spacious and light filled. It is surrounded by 140 acres including a beautiful pond and two creeks.

It is the perfect getaway for relaxing while also being able to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival and culture of Ashland. You are a short 5 min drive to the heart of Ashland's fine dining, shops, plays & parks.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a beautiful dining area with bifold doors that open to an expansive deck.

The space
You are welcome to walk around and explore the 2.5 acre pond and 140 acre property.

There are several towering mature 100 year old trees immediately surrounding the house adding to a rustic and historic feel. The largest tree was planted from seed by the original homesteader a 105 years ago.

Look at the front of the barn for faint remnants of advertisements from years long past.

Please be aware while visiting the property it is working ranch.

There may often be various projects taking place in regards to farming, tractors, fencing, building projects, gardeners on site etc, so please be aware there’s energy and activity during the day!

As of July 2022 due to labor and supply chain delays:

1. Main viewing deck IS NOW available for relaxing, eating and usage. Guest house porch and back yard stairs are still being finished.

2. Bifold dining room doors extending to the patio are awaiting a replacement part (please only use the main door to access the deck and do not open the entire wall).
