The open floor plan is ideal for family a budget; there is a queen size bed as pictured and also the couch in the seating area open up to a full size bed to accommodate 2 guest, plus the chaise folds down to sleep 1 guest. Or toast to that well deserved vacation with a special bottle of Champagne from Korbel Winery - which is just a 10 minute drive.

The neighborhood is nestled in the redwoods. Canyon 7 Road winds thru the the lush canopy and you realize you are not in The City any more. There is off street parking for one car, guest can park safely on the street.

Great quiet location, nice bicycle or river ride to Guerneville. We had a great time

This bungalow is nice if you want a rental that is in a good area of the Russian River. While it is in close quarters with other houses and pretty close to the sounds of the River Road, at night it is very quiet and peaceful. One thing that is not obvious from the information and I feel should be disclosed is that the unit is part of a duplex. It is connected to a rear unit by a large common wall, and you can hear some activity in the other unit through the wall if people are in it. Overall though, it is a good choice for those who want to be situated in a cozy place close to things like the Korbel winery and the town of Guerneville.

Response from Johnny:
I apologize for the typos in my review Andrew: Although I did not get to meet Andrew in person, he was great communicating his reservation needs and kept me posted on his arrival time. My housekeeper said they left the place in great condition. I would recommend him to any host

We had a great stay at the bungalow! It was perfect for a quick getaway. Very close to restaurants/ stores, but tucked away enough. The porch was my favorite.

What a sweet place Johnny has! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. It's in a quaint, quits neighborhood and is centrally located in relation to everything you may want to do or see in the Russian River area. Very clean. Large, luxurious bathroom and we loves the beautiful front patio too. Thanks again!

I booked my husband to stay at Johnny's place and he loved being there. Very tranquil and Johnny was super flexible when the dates needed to be changed due to a medical emergency. Very much would recommend this home to stay in.

I am originally from North Carolina (yes, i still have my 'southern' accent even after 27 years living in San Francisco.

I am fine art and commercial photographer (johnnyda(URL HIDDEN)
and I have founded and run several 3 galleries in San Francisco ((URL HIDDEN) and produced many art events to raise money for non-profits. I am also an artist coach and still maintain my connections to sell art by local artists.

I love traveling when time and finances permit. I've been to Egypt, Turkey, London, Paris, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Hawaii of course if you live on the west coast ! I want to go to Asia or Peru next.....

I must have my coffee first thing in the morning and have been known to get coffee across the (URL HIDDEN) that I can meet a friend for coffee later. I will eat pretty much anything unless it is really hot and spicy. I love red wine, wine tastings.....and who doesnt like margaritas. However, martini's at "The Top of the Mark" is what you drink there.
