On the most charming street in the neighborhood and in the heart of Vila Madalena, you will find this beautiful 200 m² house with a lovely garden. Close to great restaurants, bars, cafes, bookstores, cultural centers and two metro stations (Vila Madalena and Fradique Coutinho), it is perfect for a weekend with family, friends, business meetings or a sightseeing tour of the country's largest metropolis. You'll feel comfortable as if you're in your own home! We have a garage for 1 (one) car.

The space
The house is familiar, private and cozy. The rooms have history and a calm and very welcoming atmosphere. And even though you are in one of the liveliest regions of São Paulo - Vila Madalena - known for its cultural and bohemian life, you will have silence to sleep peacefully thanks to our soundproof windows. The rooms are fresh even in the summer; in the winter, they are comfortable and cozy, as they all have heating. Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 have air conditioning (hot/cold) and 1 has a fan, air circulator and heater. The dormitories have a built-in locker for guests to use. We have 3 bathrooms and 1 additional bathroom. The house will be prepared to welcome guests, with the tidy beds (sheets, pillows, blanket and duvet), a bath towel on each bed, face towel and tappet in the bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire house: living room, dining room, four bedrooms, balcony, gardens, backyard, porch, laundry room (where you can wash your clothes!), an internal corridor and an external corridor. We have a garage for one (1) car.

It is close to USP (University of São Paulo) and offers many options for bars and restaurants with sidewalk tables, art galleries, graffiti, cultural centers, as well as charming shops and studios. I am a psychoanalyst, a translator and I have a "hotel" spirit, which made me, since I was a child, always imagined that I could host people from all over the world. Airbnb gave me the chance to have this experience with my three houses, two in Ilhabela and one in Sao Paulo. My home on the island is very dear to the whole family and is ideal for holidays, rest periods and also for honeymoons, for bringing together unique qualities: it is quiet, welcoming, beautiful and romantic. A special place for special moments. The chalet, also in Ilhabela, is more intimate, is perfect for couples and small families, with tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere. The home of São Paulo is in the heart of one of the trendiest neighborhoods of this wonderful metropolis, Vila Madalena, and is prepared to host groups of more numerous friends and families. Its privileged location offers guests the ease of being surrounded by charming restaurants, bars, cultural centers, schools, theatres and all kinds of shops, some of which can be visited on foot. Another differential of the house is the proximity of two metro stations, Vila Madalena (green line) and Fradique Coutinho (yellow line). In Ilhabela, I'm counting on a co-host to accompany guests at check-in and check-out. In São Paulo, I myself or one of my children will welcome guests. I hope all guests take care of my homes with the same care and care that I dedicate to them.
