Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This 3-story lake house sleeps up to 20 and is built for coming together and making memories. Three decks provide wonderful lake views. There are 2 paddleboards, 4 kayaks and a jon boat to use out on the water. Game room features ping pong, a pool table and air hockey to keep you entertained. Sports families/teams we are just 12 minutes from Grand Park Events Center.
This unit is not for loud parties.

The space
The property has a unique setup—think modern lakehouse meets mini apartment building. There are 4 private units total, and you’ll be staying in the largest one (about 70% of the whole place). No shared spaces inside and the property has been setup to provide privacy while outside on the decks.

There are two other units that operate as short term rentals and one unit that is long term. The units have all been designed to provide privacy for each group when outside.

There’s parking for up to 7 cars on-site, if you need more spaces please ask before arrival. There is no immediate overflow parking nor any nearby street parking. Parking in nearby neighborhoods or in authorized parking lots may result in fines and or your vehicle being towed.

The first floor has 10 beds in bunk bed setup. There is also a kitchen that can seat 20, 3 hammocks and a laundry room. The second floor has the gaming, and 3 queen bed rooms. The top floor has a king bed and a loft area. Each floor has a full bathroom with shower.

This unit has plenty of stairs and is not recommended for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Before check-in, we ask that guests complete a brief form acknowledging our house rules. This will be sent 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Once submitted, you’ll receive access to our custom guest site with everything you need for your stay—check-in details, parking info, boat slip access, rental options, and local recommendations.

Please Note: With the exception of the bunk room all other rooms require stair climbing to access. The king suite requires climbing 2 sets of stairs.
