Beautiful, brand new 2 bedroom apartment in St. Helens sits on a 65' cliff with spectacular Columbia River and 3 mountain views. Wood platform queen bed is surrounded by tiled floors, tongue and groove ceilings, built-in bookcase and Teak kitchen countertop. Large bathroom includes tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. 4' farmhouse vanity. All surrounded by a flagstone patio. 2nd queen bedroom is in a Hawaiian theme. The private Hot tub has beautiful river views.

The space
3 story home on private dead end street, on 65' cliff overlooking the Columbia river and 3 mountain views. Private off street driveway for your parking, beautifully landscaped yard with double fence privacy and gardens. Flagstone walkway and hot tub surrounded by your own private flagstone patio. In summer there are plants and a cozy hammock for your use. We are 1/4 mile walk to downtown St. Helens, restaurants, the marina and docks.

Private parking space in our drive way, walk down the flagstone walkway to your own entrance into the loft. Electronic door locks for contactless check ins. One level, no stairs, easy entrance.

Other things to note
Saint Helen’s has 13 Thursdays summer music concerts, sand castle events in August, beautiful weather and views in September, new restaurants within walking distance and the famous Halloween events starting in mid September thru the end of October.

We are fun loving grand parents that moved to St. Helens 1 1/2 years ago. We love to travel, work out, cook delicious meals (and eat out!), play pickleball, avid readers and even local Elks members. Jay helps out the local HS youth as a baseball umpire and Jeanette still substitute teaches in our local grade schools. We created our AirBnB so we could meet travelers and provide a beautiful safe haven and a place of rest.
