Hidden under a magnificent natural cover, the condos "Les Repères" have been designed for outdoor sports enthusiasts and offer direct access to the many natural gems of the region.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our condo:

1- NO PARTY ALLOWED
Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable.

2- 25 YEARS AND UNDER
Groups of visitors aged 25 and under without a perfect 5-star review history on airbnb are not permitted.

3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00
As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays.
