You'll see here plenty of art work and charm scattered throughout the bohemian apartment. It's a three bedroom apartment at the very start of the Panhandle. Aside from key location to several of the hottest restaurants, the room is large and sunny.
The bedroom is filled with art and little whimsical details you wouldn't regularly find at Ikea. There is art adorning the walls, a chalk board desk, a leaning desk and more.
The apartment is actually in a very safe and lively neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with WIFI internet, sound system, and a Roku box for entertainment. There are two flat screen TVs which you can watch chromecast or through your computer (HDMI cable available). Feel free to the toiletries in the restroom and the coffee in the kitchen.
The central location of this apartment is key. There are plenty of top notch restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars and convenient stores in walking distance. It's at the start of the panhandle park, a three minute walk to the Haight, a three minute walk to Divisadero, a 15 minute walk through a park to GG Park, 20 minutes to Mission, and 20 minutes to downtown. I'm located by several bus lines, and cabs run around 10-15 dollars to most locations.
My roommates are both 25 and they're both super cool. We all live relatively modest lives. I work as a tech designer, Logan is a law student, and Elise works at the National Parks. The apartment is adorned with a ton of art work. 80% of it is my own doing.
I really hope to hear from you soon!! Cheers!
I'll usually be gone since you'll be taking over my room, but I'm generally am glued to my computer and phone at all times, so I am very responsive. My roommates will be around though for any serious questions.
Patty is a nice host. Fast to communicate with every time I needed. The apartment is small, nice, and clean, with everything I'm looking for. The roof view is really good. The location is 10 min walk from the downtown
Patty was a doll. She greeted us at her apartment and showed us around, even provided us with a kick butt zombie guide to San Francisco. Patty and her cat mamas (and roomie Stef!) are some of the coolest around. The bedroom was very comfortable with a window that provides a cool breeze at night. The rooftop can't be missed! The views of the Golden Gate bridge are stunning, even on a hazy day. :) Big thank you to Patty for being such a kind host! We hope to see you again sometime. Much love from Florida.
